People would like to be able to deposit and filter on more genres, including "conference proceedings"

I'd like to be able to deposit and filter to add "conference proceedings" and have "posters" as an option for "non-textual materials" it would also be nice if "posters" could generate a thumbnail the way papers do. Thanks for considering!
