We are currently reviewing proposals for new journals on an ongoing basis. The proposal process applies only to new journal publishing projects. If you have plans for a journal that you'd like to discuss further with the eScholarship Publishing team, please get in touch.

Student journals must have a faculty advisor. In addition, we encourage student journals to discuss with their faculty advisor whether it would be beneficial for the new journal to be housed within the eScholarship site of the academic department or research center with which the journal is most closely affiliated. If that department or center does not yet have an eScholarship site but would like one, they can request the creation of a new site here.

Existing journals that are interested in moving to the eScholarship platform are welcome to reach out to us at any time.
