How can we change our journal’s author agreement?

Submit a new support ticket. Changes are easiest to implement if you send a Word document that includes your existing publication agreement and tracking the changes you want.


If your journal is using eScholarship's older (pre-2018) default agreement, you should consider updating. You can see our newer sample language in "What permissions do author grant to eScholarship journals?"
