In some cases, eScholarship can accept batch submissions using a spreadsheet template. Our batch process requires:
- Complete metadata for all required fields for each publication.
- Access to all referenced publications, via either publicly accessible URLs or in a zip file submitted with the template.
If you are interested in using our batch import process, please first get in touch with us by submitting a ticket with a description of your publications, and we will schedule a time to talk about your project with you. If a batch import is possible, we will then send you a template with instructions for completing a sample, which we will review for any potential required changes. At that point, you can complete the template and return it to us for processing.
